Way to recover Xbox live accounts by console they were created on?

Basically just trying to see if there is a way to recover an account i dont remember the email(was made up), username(random generated one), password(even if i did which i dont it wouldnt be useful without the first 2) to? I made a few(5 i think) throw away
accounts to get free packs and stuff in FIFA but after i got the things i wanted i deleted the accounts like a moron not thinking i would need them again. I dont want those account slots to be wasted so just wondering if Xbox was able to see what console a
account was created on or see what all the accounts that were created on a certain console? Thanks in advance.

Child Account into Adult

I would recover your account to the other console. xbox live accounts are not transferable . . . even from child to parent. The only way to promote an account once it is created is T-I-M-E. When the account comes of age according to the age of the child
when it was created . . you can promote it.

 

Question regarding recovering my account...

They weren't. I bought this Slim used you see, they were bought using the Gold account already setup on the console... Will they work with my Shifty account if I recover it to the new Xbox?

I deleted the profiles off the xbox months ago. I dont know username or Email.

select chat with xbox support, if you remember the gamertags you will be asked personal questions if its your account, I am sure they will disclose the email for you to recover.
