    Way to appeal refund denial?


    My two-year-old and four-year-old daughters spent money on "frozen frozen free fall" and "fall guys" in the last couple of days, over $60!! Im a single parent and can't afford that waste of money. Nothing they bought has been used in game. Why is my refund application denied due to getting to many refunds in a year when I've never had a refund before?? Can't find an appeal process anywhere, so is it just OK for big companies to just say no, bad luck...?

    I apologize but just a friendly reminder that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the refund team. There is no direct contact with them, only by submitting a refund request and by replying to their email (refund request confirmation and refund decision). To help you, I would recommend replying to their email.

    I believe there is a way to appeal the denial of refund. Check the denial email again to see if there is a link to appeal this. you can also try replying to email to plead your case there

    Sorry for the issue with your refund. Unfortunately, the refund request is the only way to request a refund. There is a certain team that deals with just refunds. If you were denied and replied to the denial email di you ever get a response? That is the
    only way to appeal a denial. Support will direct you to the form as they do not do refunds any longer. There are many factors when determining a refund, not just the few you mentioned.

    Looks like Microsoft's email server is rejecting your email. Unfortunately there is no other way to try to appeal a refund request denial. I'm really sorry.
