Waterproof Xbox

Obviously it's a hoax/fake. The Xbox is not waterproof, and putting it in the freezer is not a good idea.

You are obviously trolling, but just in case someone else comes around and really thinks that this would be valid advice:

The Xbox console is NOT waterproof!

Do NOT put it near or into water!

You not only risk destroying your console, but putting any electrical device into a body of water has the risk of causing an electrical shock that can LEAD TO DEATH!!!

Also putting it in the freezer is a bad idea, since moisture in the cold air could condense inside the cold console and cause water damage as well!

Just keep the console in a well ventilated area within "normal" room temperature, and the console will be fine.

I don't know,i dealt with someone a few years ago who was convinced that putting his xbox in the freezer to keep it cool was a good idea.He was convinced that because it was ice in the freezer then it wasn't water & wouldn't harm the console.Guess what,it
did.

I think anyone foolish enough to put their console in a fish tank or freezer or in contact with any liquid deserves it when their console blows up.

After about 16 years of using these forums nothing surprises me anymore
