water got in my xbox one

had my new xbox one for 15 days and water got in it,i didn't know that untill i turned it on and it just shut off on its own after about 3 min.still not knowing i turned it on again and it shut off again did that 1 more time before i discovered the water.not
being able to return it i had to take it apart and clean it with rubbing alcohol and put it back together and it worked but i never had any access to the store until i did a factory reset and now its working fine but i lost the game that came with it om my
hard drive/any way to get that game back?

I spilt water on my Xbox one S

2 days ago I spilt water on my Xbox one s it was on when I spilt water on it I quickly unplugged the Xbox and poured all the water out I left it upside down so all the water could get out now when I try turn on the Xbox it turns on and then turns straight
off anybody got any advice

Xbox one controller help

So, recently my Xbox One controller's analog right analog stick got stuck whenever I press on it I stated thinking that it was because of the styrofoam that comes with the Xbox One package. I tried to open the Xbox One controller but I need a security torx screw. Which I do not have, so I was wondering if it was safe to put it in water or to rinse with water to get the styrofoam out of the controller.

If you bought the game through your profile you can scroll to the right hand side of "Games" in "My Games/Apps" screen and all your purchased content should be there?

Or find the item/game in the store and instead of the price it should show you the option to install it again?

Should never have taken it apart. That is a violation of its' warranty and eventually will catch up to you.

I'm sorry to hear that your Xbox One got water damage. Unfortunately, water damage can cause serious damage to electronic devices, and it's not recommended to try to turn on the device after it has been exposed to water.

It's important to keep the Xbox One turned off and unplugged from any power source to prevent further damage. Avoid using any heat sources to dry out the device, as this can cause additional damage.

it will be doomed, when wet it corrodes very quickly and the mainboard will be badly damaged if enough water did get in there.

i would not use it.

Its pretty much toast. The amount of damage that was done isnt worth fixing. Circuit boards, especially if theyre pluggged in (even if its off) “rust” instantly. I’d just try to get a Series S at this point, better use of the +/- $200 for replace or repair.

I know its not ideal inthe short term for the next two weeke ;(
