as the liquid hit the fan it will have sprayed all over the internals, does not take long for corrosion to occur on micro electronics and then it is usually too late.

you could take to an independent repair shop to see if they can clean it and sonic clean the board and replace any bad components but i would not hold your breath for a lasting repair.

depending on the damage you could be looking at an expensive repair and considering you can buy a new unit fairly cheap these days or even pre owned you have to think if it is worth it.

I suggest you unplug everything from the console and leave it to dry for 24 hours.

If that doesn't work and your console is not powering on, then sadly, your console is damaged and needs repair.

as it was on and you have repeatedly tried turning it on then corrosion will have happened, it will be beyond repair and would be easier to replace, it is not safe to keep plugged in.

a repair shop might be able to replace components on the board but that kind of repair never lasts and it may cost more than actually replacing the entire xbox.

to late damage is done, when liquid hits electricals while power is running corrosion happens super quick, will not be safe to use and poses a fire risk, even if dried out.

As long as you purchased
Microsoft Complete for your console at the time of purchase [or within 45 days] you would actually be covered for accidental damage.

However, the description you made, appear to denote that you have one of the original Xbox One consoles. The original Xbox One console is no longer manufactured by Microsoft, nor is the console PSU. As a result, out-of-warranty support is no longer
available for this particular product.

If having your console unplugged for a few hours while your console dries, doesn't actually allow you to power on your console, then its possible then that the only other alternative would have to be to purhcase a new console at this state.
