Watching thieves use my accounts and console

If im forced to be met with a page suggesting what to do if my xbox gets stolen after this final attempt for help then I'll gladly step into my grave as the planets most insignificant carbon based life form. Ill keep it simple. My life affiliated with xbox
has been extremely important to me. Saved my life sob story alright? Found an outlet with streaming and worked hard polishing every
[Mod Removed - see Guidelines] I had and taught myself how to never be stopped. (No one has done what I have before and i pray im wrong) then all of my equipment was stolen by another broken person who struggled with addiction. Without spending
a dollar i built another console from all i could salvage and broadcasted from a house in the woods where ip providers dont reach. I have many accounts with all my debit cards attached to the stolen console. Ive even conversed with the users by MESSAGING ANOTHER
PLAYER and downloaded streams they used my accounts and console to do. I asked for my property and all they did was say "sorry ill take this profile off the xbox". I made it clear that the xbox itself was my property. Gave them my contact info. Told them that
i can see the games still saved on it by the achievements they were getting told them where they got the console and what town they were currently using it in! Local pd scoffs at a grown man
[Mod Removed - see Guidelines] about his stolen toys. I dont wanna brick my own property with fear of violating a policy that would take even more away from me so who or where do i post the necessary digits needed for a chance of justice here?
I know ill never get it back. There was so many accessories and i miss my elite controller.....someone help. I'll send you the recorded phone call with local pd that was the results of "what to do if your console is stolen". Im hoping for some exodus 14:14
to pay out here man. I can only do so much from my potatoes with screens here.

I would absolutely enable two factor authentication on your profile immediately.

Please follow the below link and setup the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone. This will prevent anyone from logging in to your account and causing any trouble or making any purchases with linked cards. It may also be a good idea to go to your bank
and have a new card issued.

All you should have to do is add the authentication to your profile and change your password. If they're still using your account, it's likely because none of that has been changed. If you change those details, then the next time they try to start up the
Xbox with your account, it will be kicked out and will ask for the new password and the 2 factor authentication to continue, which they won't have.

Change all your account security credentials and hopefully the police can help you get your property back.

I Totally agree with Annix: add the two factor Authentication to you microsoft account

Once this is complete, i would recommend contacting Microsoft support and asking them if there is a way you can get your console that was stolen put on a console ban from xbox live services,

You will need the serial number and your account details.

As mentioned add the 2 factory security.

Also change the passwords and update the security info for password recovery.

If the password/email combo is used on other accounts change those as well.

Remove any billing info from the affected accounts.

I will tell you there is likely nothing Microsoft will do in regards to the console, at least not without a police report.

The police cannot stop you from filing a stolen property report, nor would they. Property is property, and depending at what was stolen the monetary value could be quite high.
