Watching Netflix on XBox 360 - suddenly pixellated [Ireland]

Watching Netflix via Xbox 360, recently the picture is very pixellated. My 360 is on ethernet and my broadband speed is fine (tested at 120Mbps). When I click display, the Netflix app shows my speed/resolution as "0.10Mbps/240".

On a PC on the same ethernet network, it's fine. Speed shows as around 64Mbps (showing using Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D). So looks like something wrong with the Xbox 360 app perhaps? Anyone else seeing this?

Cannot connect to live

I was watching Netflix and suddenly I was thrown out of live. Now I cannot connect.

BBC iPlayer not working

Trying to watch something tonight and it's playing for a second and then buffering and then playing a second. I've just done a hard reset. Strange that different video services seem to vary so much.

Netflix always seems rock solid HD for me. Amazon often drops down to a rather pixelated below SD (as did SkyGo on the old Xbox 360).

Sorry to hear about the slow network performance. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?

Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox 360 console and please provide the following information.

How to run the test.

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select
System Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select the name of your wired or wireless network (if applicable).

Select Network Statistics.

Please provide this information/results

Download Speed

Upload Speed

Latency

Packet Loss %

Wireless Strength (if applicable)

That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

However since you do live in Ireland You can use the ireland netflix First create an Irish account and then sign up for gold voila Netflix if you use your Irish Netflix account

Hey there csf!

Is that pixel only in that one corner? It doesn't look like anything overly wrong if it's only on the home screen, and when you change the resolution to 720p that pixel is probably off the screen.

Do you see this pixel anywhere other than the home screen (playing games, watching Netflix, etc)?
