    Watching Netflix, and Xbox Music opens randomly


    So I'm just sitting here watching Netflix, and all of a sudden Xbox Music opens without any voice command, and starts playing some *** I don't even listen to.

    I used the "Xbox Go to Netflix" command, and it went back to normal for about 20 seconds, then it went right back to Xbox Music. Went back to Netflix, and once again, it opened Xbox Music. Then, it worked fine for a few minutes, opened Xbox Music again, and
    now it's staying on Netflix. I don't understand why it was doing it. Has anyone else seen something like this?

    randomly signed out

    Will be watching netflix and it randomly signs me out and I have to sign back in to reconnect.

    No Audio with Netflix

    Same issue on the xbox one with Harman Kardon watching Netflix and voice disappears but background music stays until I turn off the receiver and turn it back on. This happens sporadically.

    Watching Netflix, and Xbox Music opens randomly

    It might have been something said in the program that sounded similar to "Xbox Go To Xbox Music". However, you could try highlighting Xbox Music on the Home page then press the Start button on the controller and select Quit or just hold the power button
    on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to clear the cache.

    That would make sense, but the little voice command didn't pop up in the top right corner, so it wasn't a voice command. It just happened again pretty much the same way.

    This just started happening to me today, for now it seems to have lowered in frequency but I'd like a fix so it doesn't happen again.

    I pay for Xbox Live to play games; I pay for Netflix to watch movies; I pay for Hulu Plus to watch TV; I pay for Xbox Music to listen to music. Regardless of the paywall, my entertainment media is covered and I am happy.
