Watched the Mixer stream (Sea of Thieves first look at Forsaken Shores) but I did not receive ...

Hello,

I've watched almost the entire show and even received the notification in Mixer saying I unlocked the figurehead, but I can't find it in my account, nor in-game.

How can I unlock it for real?

Watched the Mixer stream (Sea of Thieves first look at Forsaken Shores) but I did not receive the MixPot promotion (the Huntress figurehead).

I have watched the Sea of Thieves Mixer live stream (the first look at Forsaken Shores)
on August 21 but I have not received the promotional item (the Huntress figurehead). I have watched from my PC and I am 100% sure I was logged on with my Microsoft account when I started the Mixer stream. When will the promotional item be added to my
account?

At 21 of August I have watched the Xbox stream on Mixer but I didn't received any reward (the Huntress Figurehead) on Sea of Thieves.

Can you please help me?

ps: I have my Mixer account since the first stream event, with the Ebony Flintlock reward (5 or 6 months ago)

 

They claim it’s been fixed in the top stickied comments but I have yet to receive mine as well.

 

Me too. I watched the gamescom 2018 stream with my Microsoft linked account. I watched this stream on the Xbox channel from start to finish too. I started watching before the stream started to prepare and I didn’t
comment at all, so I’m not sure if it was not counted for some reason. But it should still be counted. They should check to see that I was indeed watching the stream because I was supposed to get the huntress figurehead. Its been weeks already. Please help
