Watchdogs update froze at 100%

Bought a brand new Xbox One yesterday, but out of the three games I've tried to install - only Forza 5 has worked. I bought the FIFA15 bundle so FIFA15 is supposed to be digitally available (major issues installing it - doesn't seem to even give a percentage
value, just says "installing".

Watchdogs however seemed to install okay, but then requested an update. It got to 100% and then completely froze. Nothing I tried seemed to work, so I've had to uninstall the lot. And now it seems to be stuck at "installing" or "queued".

Has anyone had similar issues, and is there a fix please?

Watchdogs just froze when I was playing so I turned the system off and cut it back on but the game didn't load at all. I reset my system now its back up and running.

So my Xbox one is frozen on the update screen 66% updated. I let it sit for 2 days then i. Download the update manually for a offline update. It updated just fine once all the way to 100% then it started to update again then it stopped at 66% again. Any
ideas before i download the factory reset program?

 

Please check if a system cache reset fixes your issue.

To do so please hold the powerbutton for about 15 seconds and keep it holding even when the one turns off after some seconds. Wait for the power supply to change the color to orange and then restart the console.

 

Thanks Bob, nope that didn't seem to do anything. It's still "updating 100%" and then goes to "queued". It did pop up with "installation started" but Watchdogs was installed already.

 

this happened to me with madden 15 for last update. only way i got around it was to uninstall and reinstall. a pain

 

Nope, thought it had worked, but it hadn't done the update. Yet again it's stuck on "updating 100%"
