    Watchdogs Sound Issue


    I was playing Watchdogs the other day and noticed that there was no audio for character voices. The music was playing great. The game was playing great. Every time I made it to a cut scene I couldn't hear the voices. I have the game set for closed captioning
    so I can always read if I miss something. This was a weird glitch though. I even tried quitting the game and restarting again but still got the same results. I didn't have this problem in the beginning, but now it's annying. Has this happened to anybody else?

    Official controllers

    Had mine since May last year and not had one issue with it. The PS4 also has controller issues, I think they where even on Watchdog.

    Fifa 13 invisible ball problem...

    Sorry i dont know how to solve the issue,but EA are aware of the problem. It was even mentioned on Watchdog this week. Watchdog did say EA did release a statement,which is on the watchdog website.

    I have not had that issue. I have an issue with the game not being in surround sound. The game just works through my left and right speaker, subwoofer and center speaker. No rear audio whatsoever.

    Yes happened me on release day, I had to resotore to factory to get the character audio to work (which means you lose everything), although I've since read if you change your audio settings on the dashboard to 'stero uncompressed' it'll fix the problem...
    someone on this board will probably clarify this.

    Yes happened me on release day, I had to resotore to factory to get the character audio to work (which means you lose everything), although I've since read if you change your audio settings on the dashboard to 'stero uncompressed' it'll fix the problem...

    Sounds good, I liked the videos that Ubisoft showed of The Division and Watchdogs smartglass features, Hopefully more devs will find some good ways to incorporate it into games and not just as a map/stats screen.
