You can't know if its overrated until you've played it. Just be honest. Either it doesn't appeal to you, your Ubisoft hate is strong, or you're just a hipster gamer.

On topic: Loving the game. Haven't spent much time with the campaign, but have done a ton of the side stuff.

 

@Wilko how exactly is the game overrated if you have no interest in it and haven't played it? Sounds like you are just hating just to hate.

@Beast did you get the XB1 or PS4 version?

So far I am really digging the game. I made it to Act II on release day and am stuck just running around doing any and everything besides the campaign.

 

Well I have the PC and PS4 version. My PC crapped out on me over the weekend so I picked up the PS4 version at the last minute.

Im still in Act 1, but I've cleared one Island completely of side quests and hacked all the ctos stations and towers for the whole city. Im saving the Campaign missions for this weekend. Gonna try to clean up all side missions and stuff by then.

Definitely same here hahaha, the news broadcasts are like double volume on my tv for some reason. You can't skip them either >.<

 

^ No I think he just hates people that give opinions on games they never played and are basing their opinion because of their dislike for the developer and have absolutely no clue to what they are saying and so do I for that matter. If you haven't played
why would you even comment in this thread it makes no sense the only thing I can think of is you just want to annoy and pick a fight with people.

 

@ Wilko what kind of response do you expect to get from anyone? You hardly ever have anything relevant to say anymore all you do is make pointless threads and then argue tooth and nail with anyone in those threads
that disagrees with you and you are always posting negative things on just about every game that's not a JRPG.......... Oh by the way I am one of his friends too .

 

I just have to say after playing this for another couple of hours last night, I love being online and people invading me etc. so much fun! I'm so surprised with this game, thought it would be fairly average.

 

^^I have been invaded so many times, only 2 completed the invasion. I successfully invaded someone earlier. I dont know what that person did but they had cops and a helicopter after them.

 

Funnily enough, the tutorial mission is the cloest someone has gotten to completing their invasion on me so far and it was the computer, haha.

 

I have had one person successfully hack me but it was crap man somehow he managed to hack me from crazy far away and by the time I was able to get to his location he about 90% completion. The real crappy part is I
found him but didn't switch to my weapon quick enough and he got me. I was little miffed. Tho I do like invading others and just watching them as they helplessly search for me it can be rather amusing at times lol.

 

@BulletsAlwaysWn -- Some people just LOVE them some attention.

Whenever I get "invaded", I find it slightly annoying, because I'm usually in the middle of trying to do something. lol. I got invaded 4 times last night. Twice, I stopped the hacker and shot him, the other time he never started hacking and got away,
and the other time he actually tricked me and got away with it. Kudos to that guy.

 

I've got a confession. I turned off invasions before I even started. Im just not interested in them.
