I was worried it would feel like what Dweller has decribed, but I think it's really going to be a see for yourself kind of game. I'll just bite the bullet and get it.

Lol, looked at your profile and personal info out of boredom. Then checked out your band SIlence in the Sky... some solid music you got going! Keep it up!

 

I really like it graphics are great, voice acting is great so far i am liking Jordi lol. The controls are pretty easy to use once you get them down. Putting the weapon away took me like a whole 5 seconds to figure
out via pushing the each button to see what it did..... not sure how a gamer like Riven couldn't figure that out guess age is starting to kick in lmao. Now I agree there is a boatload of sensory overload onscreen at any given moment but its not too confusing
once you get used to it. The driving is pretty bad right off the Bat but you have a skill tree for that so I am assuming that it will get better over time like it did in GTA 5 as for right now the motorcycles seem to be the best way to go there super quick
and very agile. Also knowing what and where to go is pretty simple, take a little bit of your time to look at the map to see what is available and there you go. Love the game so far and I suspect I will be playing this from now to Friday since I specifically
asked time off to play this game

And on topic, the farther into the game you get the story definitely picks up haha.

 

I have it, I played it for a few hours last night and got invaded a few times. I think its brilliant, you can tell they have worked very hard on this game.

 

My problems. One the font they use on screen is small on the big tutorial notes. Second the game controls screen is hard to understand due clutter. Took me a while to discover, Right Trigger shoots when aiming, and sprints when walking. The crafting screen
needs to explained a little bit better. I am on my second in game day. Only played maybe 2 hours so far.

 

Played for an hour or so last night and I think it's awesome, can't wait to play more!

 

I'm enjoying it and it looks visually very good. The driving is kind of a bit cartoonish to me & the car models as well. But once you get on foot & walk around the city streets or the forest the game looks amazing. The story was 8.5 some parts were a bit
boring but good action scenes played out well. Overall it's a fun great game and would recommend to people.

I did. Its cool. I am having trouble downloading the season pass. I have a something went wrong message. It won't install.

 

GTA V sucked anyway so this is 100 times better. once you get use to it its easy and fun. remember its a new game not gta 6

 

Does anyone else think the News/TV in the game is REALLY F'n loud?? It almost makes me jump out of my seat when it comes on.

I played the game for probably 6-7 hours yesterday. I did 3 missions, and the rest of the time did a ton of odd jobs. Loving this game.

Lastly, does anyone remember the last time Riven ever posted anything positive on here? It has got to be at least 3 years now.

 

Watchdogs is hugely overrated IN MY OPINION.
