The Watch_Dogs 2 offer is for hard (phsyical disc) copy purchases made off of MicrosoftStore.com. You should receive two punches on the Games on Demand punchcard, but your digital purchase of Watch_Dogs 2 will not complete the Watch_Dogs offer. Transactions
take up to 96 hours to be processed, so your punches should appear sometime over the next 4 days or so.

 

You can buy it but watch out you could be banned for breaking the street date your choice but i would not play it yet

If you're seeing it the store somehow, but there's no buy button, that's a good thing! This is likely a placeholder for the game and content to appear in the future which just shouldn't have been made "live" yet. To be clear, you can't buy the game (or any
game) before its release date, in this case, May 27. You can only play before a release iif you are a dev or reviewer with both special permission and a special console.

Playing any game before its release date (whether on or offline) would certainly result in Enforcement action against both your console and Gamer Profile.

You can't buy it from the Xbox One Marketplace, it appeared because they are attaching videos and screen shots ahead of release.

Although you can buy the Season Pass now.

The game won't be available to buy until release day though.
