WATCH_DOGS Download stuck!

Hello,

Yesterday I purchased WATCH_DOGS 1 & 2 on sale from the Microsoft store on Xbox Live. A few days ago I also purchased Assassins Creed: The Ezio Collection. While Assassins Creed and WATCH_DOGS 2 have downloaded fine, my WATCH_DOGS 1 download is repeatedly
getting stuck at 1.86 GB. As soon as it reaches this point the download stops and will not start again. I've tried restarting the download multiple times, restarting my Xbox, clearing the save game cache, etc. everything that I could find online that was a
potential solution. None of it has worked so I'm asking here to see if anyone knows a way to fix this one specific game not downloading.

Hopefully someone can help, thank you in advance.

Yeah I've tried cancelling the download and going on to the store to re-download. It still stops in the exact same spot.

I'm not an Xbox Insider, and my account and console are in the correct region yes.

Yeah I've tried a hard reset, pulling out the power cable and all that.

I just tried your suggestion of signing out then back in again and sadly it didn't work.

I'm running an X with no external hard drive. Space shouldn't be an issue as I have 100 GB left and the game is only 20 GB.

Hey Diego,

I tried the soft factory reset and unfortunately the download still stopped at the exact same point. I'm not sure what else I can try. I'm not having problems downloading any other games or updates so I have no clue what the issue could be.
