"Watch" tab irritably disappears from xbox one profiles. Would like it back.

The top of our xbox one profiles usually read - weclome - social - gaming - watch - but today I noticed 'watch' has disappeared. Not just from my profile, but from friend's as well. Very annoying. For over a year my activity feed displayed nothing but
my pinned post (and is still temperamental), so I began to rely on my watch page for sharing my clips and screenshots, and now that's gone too. Hence this first post here, I'm really frustrated with this. I'm not sure if it's part of the recent update, or
a bug in the system, and can't find any answers elsewhere. Has anyone else got the same problem? Or a fix? I'd appreciate any input. If this is part of a new update, I'd like to express my extreme distaste for it, and hope the 'watch' tab returns
soon. I have most of my notifications off, and only like to occasionally check in on my watch tab just to see how my captures are doing, it's less stressful that way and leaves more time for games. I have some real keepers on there, with some great conversations
and moments, and it's fun to have a look back at my awesome shots and random shenanigans. Now they're all lost to me, somewhere in server ether, unable to find them without going into my dvr, and there are no comments or likes in there. I'm sure i'm not the
only one who feels this way, and hope someone at Microsoft pays attention to this post and rectifies this programming issue/community mistake. Let us have our watch pages back, eh? It's a great little feature! Who's with me?

I was confused at first because it was still there for me, I restarted my system and now it disappeared for me.

I worked for me earlier today, but when I started to play an hour ago all tabs was gone. Same problems on both me and my wifes profile. If i log out and dont use any profile i get all the tabs back, but they disappear as soon as i sign in.

Ok, so now I notice that my Bing tab is back and functional. Now my problem is my Social tab disappears. Every time I turn my Xbox on, the Social tab will be there, but a black transparent rectangular box will only show up there with a white loading ring.
After a couple of minutes passes by, the entire tab disappears.

Have you checked under Watch through your profile? There is a Manage Capture tab. Go there. Look for the far left tab where it says On Xbox Live. Try changing that tab to On this Xbox. All the clips should be saved there if not for the first option. It's
kind of like a backup saves for clips.
