    Hello everyone I'm Central writer 31 informing everyone to NEVER EVER give your cell phone number away. I personally made this mistake this Morning. the player that charged my account $100.00 bucks is named Draco TB again BEWARE of this user please help
    me get him shut down, he charged my account without my consent. thanks in advance.

    File a complain and block communications. the best thing that you can do.

    The problem is they can perma-ban this account all they want, but if this guy has another account, he still has my Gamertag. Unless they IP ban him. Even then, he could switch consoles at a friends house. All I'm saying is this guy could still find a way
    to hack me, and may even get me banned.

    Naming and shaming is prohibited as per the forum Code of Conduct. Report the gamertag from your console and block communication. That is all you should do.

    That's not how it works. The guy cannot hack you. As long as you don't give out your Live ID, then NO ONE will. Also he can not get you banned if you haven't breached the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct. As long as you haven't broken any rules, then
    there is nothing that he can do, except throw lies at you and make you paranoid, which he has already succeeded in.

    Any hacker worth their salt is not going to waste their time in trying to "hack" someone over xbox live. If they are going to risk getting caught, they are going to do it for monetary reasons (aka steal money or merchandise).
