    Watch movie not possible


    Yesterday I bought the movie "Solo: A Star Wars Story". But I cannot watch the movie. I always get the error message "content is missing or not accessible" and an error code 0xc00d001a

    My box is a new One X but two weeks ago I already saw another movie. Yesterday the live-service was showing an error with usage of content but today it is all ok.

    What can I try? Thanks.

    my xbox360 won't play .avi video files

    i connect my usb flash drive to my xbox in order to watch .avi movies.

    however that's not possible and i get an error message 51-C00DF236.

    Anyone knows what i should to?

    Do you think that Microsoft can pull it off at E3?

    Dude microsoft basically said it themselves "Offline gaming is not possible after these prescribed times until you re-establish a connection, but you can still watch live TV and enjoy Blu-ray and DVD movies"

    Hello Spin!

    Great question. I would recommend you try these steps first: How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console. If the issue persists you
    may want to Uninstall your Movies & TV app then restart the console and install it again after. Once you've done that the movie should play. Please let us know with a reply if you continue to have problems with the content.

    Dear both, thanks for your help. None of the hints was working. Same error message. Please keep in mind I was already able to buy and watch another movie 1-2 weeks ago. Nevertheless I tried to reboot/disconnect my box. And also to reinstall the movies app.
    The box is also up to date and shows that all services are available. I only skipped the profile deletion because I guess this will also delete my content?

    Any other idea? Thanks.

    Why is it not possible to watch the movie, yet? It's three days after release and the store says, the relase was three days ago - but I can't watch it (preorderet in May 2019)...

    Please - just do make it possible to watch that movie. :(
