I'm still having therapy for "environment" issues.....

 

Genchy, I found a good trick to tailing someone. Literally just act like the AI but don't get too close. I usually park up and turn off my car and just watch them.

 

Cloud, as soon as a i spawn in the game. the other person just runs (or drives) straight towards me like they know im there, as if the game has alerted them in some way?

 

Genchy, there are aspects of the game mechanics that you can use to your advantage to know somebody is invading your game before they have even spawned into it. Ubisoft are meant to be working on a patch, but this is Ubisoft we are talking about.

Its such a shame because it has a lot of potential

 

Ohh of course!!! Yeah, to elaborate on that, if you pause your game and the background is still moving, that means someone is in your game. That's the best way to tell anyway. I didn't know they were working on a patch though so I guess that will be useful

 

Another way is to activate "slo-mo" by pressing the right stick, if time doesn't slow down then another person is in your game.

When you know somebody is in your game, go to the map and try to fast travel, the game won't allow it and it will show you where the hacker/invader is with a purple circle.

 

Ah I never would of thought to try that. I wonder how they will fix that via a patch? Given that they would be slowing down an invading player too? Maybe everything will slow down apart from the invader and they will just get a little notification to warn
them?

Hopefully it does come with achievements it says it could hit in fall. That's a bit later than I would of thought it would of hit. Isnt that like November? Or am I off there?
