[Watch Dogs] System Mangler achievement won't unlock

Hello, the achievement for System Mangler, which is to complete 16/16 ctOS Breach side missions in Watch Dogs is not unlocking for me. In the achievements app it is at 100%, I am connected to Live, I have tried hard resetting the console, and re-downloading
my profile. Ubisoft support essentially told me to start the game over. Microsoft told me to post here. Can anyone help? Is there any way to get Xbox Support to unlock that for me? It's quite an aggravating situation.

Watch dogs system mangler achievement never pinged in game it says I have 16/16 but on the console it says I only have 93% so there obviously some thing wrong at Microsoft side or ubisoft but either way I really don't want to play game again just for one
achievement

 

Xbox Support would not be able to manually unlock an achievement for you.

I've seen a couple of my friends say that achievements have glitched on them too, but have later unlocked at totally random times, in the middle of doing something else in-game or when starting the game up after a period of inactivity. I don't know what's
causing this behaviour, so it could happen to you too.

 

It looks as though the Ubisoft servers are having some issues right now, so I'll hope that has something to do with it and that you are right, Maxen. It does, however, seem a little strange that there's no ability to easily solve issues such as this. I understand
that they wouldn't want people exploiting it, but I had thought that was the point of adding progress bars to the actual app.

 

16/16 and my app says 100 percent me and 2 friends this is BAD that u cant get a simple thing like this to work hopfully it well be patched or pop for us by finishing the game or something tho im right at the end and have done almost everything els dammet

 

I ave unlocked mad achievements and I have gotten nothing. I really hope that I get my achievements, the 16/16 ctos achievement was the first one I went for and I haven't gotten any of my achievements yet, may it be because I am a menace in the game ?

 

hello, I have the problem that happened to you with achievement System Mangler about Watch Dogs Complete every CTOs Breach. I saw that you now have achievement. to me is System Mangler 100% but there is also the deadbolt. how can I fix it?
