No surprise either. It has really good graphics and to me, far more better and fun than GTA V on 360.

GTA just does all the little things that make the open world aspect of the game head above shoulders from the rest of the competition.....Watch dogs is coming into its own but i wish the driving was a little tighter and shooting out of your car while driving
would be nice add for the next watch dogs game.

Well, in all fairness....if they were expecting 6 million copies to be sold....and then got over 12.5 (if the sales are correct and beat that record) then I can see how the servers are bad.

I mean...thats double what they were expecting. And it wasn't a modest expectation.

6 million is a good sale. I'm sure they want to fix the server issue ASAP.

Doesn't surprise me at all either, its a fantastic game and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I need to work out how to invade a friends game though, I cant seem to find the option. All in all, I am glad its done so well.

If you read.. the guys is sating it was not a first day sales record.. but a total amount of games sold of a single title ever.... just that it happened in ONE day...

All those people flooding Ubisoft's servers at least did some bit of good. In this case, they propelled Watch Dogs to the tippy-top of Ubisoft's sales charts. As in, the game has sold more copies than any other Ubisoft title, ever — and it only took one
day of sales (and quite a few preorders) for Watch Dogs to take top billing.

Anyways.. I have not played it yet... but why why why are these companies not taking advantage of Azure serves? every game that came out to use their own servers has been... well.. a rough start... and the ones that use the MS ones.. have been more streamlined....with
very little problems...

They did hype up Watch Dogs a lot, especially for a game with no prior titles, which was bold of them. I wouldn't take the same risk but I am glad they did, it really paid off. I don't really understand servers too well mate though ^

Ubisoft said in the beginning this was a franchise so no surprise on sequels. i just hope the next one is truly a next-gen game

Now UBI needs severs. This peer to peer lag way too much you get like 10 fps cuz of the lag.
