    IF you know for a fact that it is Ubisofts server? Then that is your answer. Are all your games having issues or just this game? If in fact its the only issue this game then its possibly the servers possibly. Not all games will show up on the xbox issues
    list on the status page. Usually that goes on a few games that have been reported. So just cause its not on the status page as an issue doesnt mean there is not an issue..

    Do you always have connection problems on WD?
    Try to check that ports UDP 3074, UDP 9103, UDP 80 and UDP 443 are open on the router.
