Watch Dogs 2 uninstall and reinstall

okay just installed a huge update for Watch Dogs 2 now I find out that I have to uninstall the game and reinstall it my question for you is will I have to reinstall the update you see I have a data cap on my internet and update was about ten and a half gigabytes
in size so it took some time to install and I'm concerned that if I uninstall the game that I will have to reinstall the update all over again and use more data does anyone know if that's what I'll have to do or if the update will still be on my console thanks

Game is not marked as owned

Hello my name is dawn and the issue im having is that watch dogs 2 gold edition is not marked as owned im unsure if this means i won't be able to reinstall it later if i decide to uninstall it i have purchased the game and i have the order number as well
but as i have said the game is not marked as owned it still says i can buy it for $99.99

If you own the digital version, any updates that have already been released will download with the game in one go (you will notice that the entire game may be a bit bigger in size due to this). If you uninstall the game, you will need to install the entire
game download back on.

If you own the disc version, you may be prompted to install updates while installing the game off of the disc.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I still get the same error...this is with Watch Dogs...anyone have any other idea?

Been playing it for a week, its good plenty to do, though I personally don't think its as good as the first one. The characters are a bit weak and just not credible, one minute your a funky hacker kid then your shooting people in the head to do a mission,
which is a bit jarring (at least Aiden had a good reason to be a killer) but killing in this just is completely out of character for Marcus. And you cant really do missions unless you kill everyone as if use the environment non lethal hacks they just wake
up far too quickly before you can make much mission progress. They seem to have got rid of the cool animations that happened when you took vehicles out during car chases. San Fran is cool and some of the filler missions like taxi driving are fun. Not
bad but not brilliant and overall I preferred the story and feel of the first one.

What happened to the demo that was suppose to be out today ? Went to their website clicked on the link but it brings me to the Xbox store and no demo just a discount it's on sale for $40.19. ?????
