    Today 8/25/2020 the game is downloaded from the Microsoft store about 38gb.

    I start the box for win10 app to play, the app says it is too early and too check the Microsoft store for

    when it will be able to play, the store has the play or buy to keep option, I select play and get the same

    message to check the store for the availability loop.

    if you mean direct streaming from xbox--> PC you have to connect your PC through the Win10 xbox app under "connect to your xbox one"
