Wasted 2 Xbox One X in less then 1 month, a third underway..... DONT BUY a X1X its waste of ...

November 7th I bought a X1X Scorpio, 1 day after the release it frozes everytime for a few seconds and then continued.

So I called support and we desided to do a advanced repair, few days later a new one came in wich worked for 1 day 1 freaking day so we called again and on november the 30th my creditcard was charged again however we now 1 week further and still no new X1X
has been sended, so I spoke to a MS chat support guy wich told me they where out of stock..... out of stock plssss MS FFS you know about the problems and yet you deside to rather sell them then give actual support to you customers ????.

We now 1 week further and MS gives a rats ass, I called them a few times and all they say is sorry cant help you u must wait, no offence but you going the same way as the support desk of Sony wich sucks aswell.

Yest you desided yo charge (reserved) my CC while you dont have the pieces of crap in stock, do I get compensated no cause again you give a **** you dont care.

Anyway wrote a mail to support and gave them till 2 morrow then I will canced my creditcard reserverd money and will return the Xbox one X to and get my hard working cash back, I rather send it to you so you can stick it up you ..... where the sun doesnt shine
but thats not worth 500 euro`s.

super bean dont waste your time. the guys at epic and xbox and microsoft could give 2 s*its less about their players. they just want your money.

 

And mine has worked perfect since day 1. I'm happy.

 

Man that sucks. I’d wait it out and hopefully the third times a charm.
