    Wasted 14-day trial


    I just inputted my 25-digit code for 14 days of xbox live gold. The code was accepted and that was it. Now I have to purchase a gold membership in order to use it. What was the point of the 14 day free trial?

    14 day trial hasnt taken effect

    I had recently gone crzy with all the xbox gold trials i had. i had activated a 2 day subscription and straight away activated a 14 day trial but the 2day one is finished and the 14 day one isnt taking effect. im worried i just wasted a good subscription
    by activating both simultaneously. someone please tell me what happened and how to avoid such tragedies

    14 Day trial ended after 1 day

    Please bear in mind Xbox Gold trials does not stack to each other. If you redeemed a 14 day trial code then redeem a 2 day code it will remove the 14 day trial code. Have you redeemed other codes besides the 14 day trial?

    What are you trying to do?

    14 day trials do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some aspects of online multiplayer so not everything will be available to you with a trial.

    I am having the same problem. My code was accepted but I can't use it. If I try to reenter the code it says already used. The free trial card definetely states "free games to download"

    14 day trials do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some aspects of online multiplayer so not everything will be available to you with a trial.
    I am having the same problem. My code was accepted but I can't use it. If I try to reenter the code it says already used. The free trial card definetely states "free games to download"

    I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

    Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
    pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

    Please help to clarify.
