    Get a new Xbox One for Xmas, 3 games, and cant play a single one because Microsoft cant get their *** together!! its the day after Xmas, did you expect only a handful of people to be connected??!?!?!?!?!?! Get your heads out of your collective *** and get
    this fixed!!!! No offline modes means a shiny black box sitting on the *** shelf while we wait for you guys to stop *** around!!!! Should have stuck with the PS4.

    Changing the color of the avatar hurts badly the Code of Conduct. If you've ever read it, you'd know.

    My best tip is creating another account at your console, go gold for less than $60 and download you ACII free copy until next month. It's cheaper than buying the game and you'll be able to download next free games aswell.

  6. I'm totally f#!@ing furious with this crap. I bought this for my son for Xmas and he can't play online or talk to his friends cause this service from xbox, Microsoft and rock star have been totally sh#t. There is no information about what's happening or
    when it's finally going to be fixed. Total lack of information or from any of these big companies is lacking and very disappointing. I paid all this money which I worked my *** of to buy and its never worked pro properly since we've had it now he's disappointed
    and so am I thinking of putting it back in the box and returning it and the games.

  7. I here ya man it sucks alot I bought myself a Xbox one for Christmas worked 6 days a week for months to get I loved my Xbox 360 so I'm very disappointed but not much can be done quickly for a massive hack long story short I have faith it will be fixed might
    take awhile though I hope not long.Waste of money and time!!!! :)

    It's funny you say that firemaster2022. Yes they were hacked but at the same time they have had a months warning it was going to happen! Plus on top of that they are a multi billion dollar company this should have been fixed within the first hour if even
    that long! I've had a Xbox one for about 4 months and haven't been able to use it half the time due to issues they have had! I'm over it I won't spend another penny on this franchise again!

    you guys are the most ungrateful little s**ts on the planet, you all know fine rightly that both xbox and ps are being hacked and yet you harrass them especially when its christmas and there a big change in networking with the consoles due to christmas.

    Give them time to fix their stuff and catch the hackers (if they can lol seeing that there a multi-billion dollar company).

  11. I hope all these cry babies return their Xbox oNES for a ps4, I have a ps4 and 2 Xbox ones, guess which one has been able to connect online at all in the last 3 days? Xbox one only, PSN has been completely dead since Christmas eve.

    You can play games offline, if you need a day one update you can put it on a thumb drive and DL it from a pc to install on Xbox one so you can play offline.

    Xbox one has a offline mode in settings you won't be able to play offline unless you enable this feature, if the game still doesn't work like Far Cry 4 then blame the publishers/developers for insisting on online drm checks for singleplayer.

    If you haven't made your Xbox one "your home xbox" in the settings you will not be able to play digital games online, and you will need to be connected to live to change this, once again it's your fault you didn't enable this if you haven't beforehand.

    I always update any consoles I give as gifts befo giving them and request all consoles to be pre updated before Xmas if it's a gift, did that with my wii u and one of my Xbox ones, you guys just need to think ahead, especially in this day and age. This
    is just going to become more frequent not less.

    go to offline mode in the settings and play your games, oh wait then you wont have anything to cry about. Welcome to the internet, nothing is online 100% of the time.

    I know this can be frustrating at this time of year, but I'm sure Microsoft are trying their best to get everybody back online so that we can enjoy our shiny new toys. All we can do is try to be patient and wait until we hear something or the problem is
    fixed, complaining isn't going to help the matter I'm afraid.

    ago, after they had already shut down xbox live that day. So obviously this is not just a one and done issue and it's something that Microsoft should have been ready for or at least ready to respond and fix it quickly.

    People just shelled out tons of money that they worked for to buy xbox's and xbox games as gifts and when you can't use those gifts that day, it is not the end of the world but it is terribly inconvenient and frustrating. And everyone affected should be
    upset, not siding with a company that makes so much money off it's consumers. And you say people are being ungrateful as if Microsoft has not profited extensively off us, that's just ridiculous.

  15. No service is immune to a DDOS attack, a big enough Botnet can take down any service. All microsoft can do is add more servers but if their Botnet is big enough that won't hrlp.

    Time and money wasted

    I am experiencing the same issue with Tekken 7. We pre-ordered the game on 02/01 and the charge came out at the end of May, which overdrew my bank account. We were not expecting those funds at that time. We assume funds come out at the time a purchase is
    made, like most logical people. I disputed the charge thinking it was unauthorized and cancelled the debit card that was used. Xbox apparently didn't get the message that the charge was reversed and pulled the funds from my bank account again on 06/14. Thankfully
    a chat agent was able to submit the request to just have the transaction cancelled and the funds returned to my bank. I'm okay with waiting a couple days.
