Wasnt the xbox one updated to work offline???????

My isp has been down for a couple hours so i was like ok let me play some campaign offline while i wait for my home internet to be back up. Guess what when i try to load any game it tells if i am sure i own the game or to insert game i go like WHAT????
None of my digital games work FORZA 5 AND ALL THE FREE GOLD GAMES; i only have one disc game COD GHOST and even that does not work the darn game just loops an loops in the loading screen until i get an error that the game took to long to start and failed.
Such dissapointment support is there anything that can be done to fix this IS MICROSOFT PULLING A FAST ONE UNDER OUR NOSES WHAT IS THE EXPLANATION? i even to to buy some data service on my cellphone to find your aid it will be a huge dissapointment if no
official support is given to me for this broken up software junk in the xbox. Why dont you make the offline system in the likeness of the 360 so much BS. IS THE ONE REALLY UNPLAYABLE WITHOUT A INTERNET CONNECTION EVEN THOUGH IT HAS THE LATEST OF UPDATES??????

Enzo who is your ISP i know some virgin customers were having issues with home hub the last few days something the updated in the software for the home hub wasnt connecting to xbox wirelessly

 

account problem

i bought a new xbox360 slim 4gb they come with the 1month gold for free so it asked me to make the xbox account i already had an account before having the xbox so i used that one to log on the xbox so i had the account with the 1month live membership when
i tried to log on xbox.com from my pc and edit my profile i noticed that the profile wasnt being updated on the xbox i checked that the email was right alott of times and it was the same i already had a few games downloaded and gamerscore on the xbox but for
some reason on the site that wasnt being updated so i though i maybe had to delete the profile from my xbox and then recover it to have it updated and i did that i deleted the profile and recovered after i did is now empty no friends no demos no live account
when i had a 1month one that has 2weeks left what can i do to recover it?

 

Nobody is pulling a fast one. It was said from the beginning that the Xbox One would require a connection to the internet.

No ISP should have hours of downtime, you should take your business elsewhere.
