Wasn't given the option to get a system geneeated gamertag

When I made my account on xbox, I was not given the option to make a system generated gamertag. I was forced to make my own gamertag and I never got my free gamertag change. I am also getting hatemail because I was in some video or something and I was wondering
if I could get my free gamertag change now. I just found out you could get a system generated now, because my friend told me he got a free gamertag change because he got a system generated gamertag and I was really confused.

No the games great, ive given up with the xbox since microshaft lost my gamertag and gamer score in there system on friday night.

I've now paid for a repair but wasn't given the option to print the shipping label. I've waited a day in case I'm supposed to get it from UPS but had nothing? Am I missing something?

The free change is only good for the first 30 days of an account. After that there is no way to get a free change. You will have to pay to change your tag. If you are being harrassed, you should file complaints on those people and block communications.

Unfortunately for you, we know the story you're using. This is called Social Engineering and can lead to a permanent account ban for Marketplace Theft. I recommend you do not follow that tutorial.

Its important to note that you can obly choosr 11 character names not 13 anymore

And you already havr a name

When registering for halowaypoint for MCC you need to link YOUR CURRENT Account to your halo account

And it doesnt matter if a name is take as you get a suffix even if it is

Are you sure its not asking you to link xbox account or create an halo waypoint account

Because you already have a name here which is what you should be using to link ykur xbox accountnto your waypoint
