I won mine in a Madden tournament at work so I didn't exactly have to pay for it. I've enjoyed it very much though.

Like someone said before; I also saved my money earlier last year and was prepared when the console came out; that alone took a lot of the pressure and unrealistic expectations from buying a console day one. The Xbox One has been a great experience without
major hiccups, typical of recently released tech. Launch games were varied and great, so no problems there either and all new features took a bit to get adjusted but fine once I knew what i was doing.

The upcoming update should truly iron out some minor annoyances for some; and add wanted features, so it can only get better from here.

I'm so pleased I waited (still am), I'll wait for the updates to see if the problems are fixed, which I'm sure will cause more problems than they fix. So may end up wating for the "Next" next Gen console. V1.1

Still more than happy with my 360 and will be using it for a long time to come.

It's actually very disappointing. I was looking forward to the One until all the crap came out about always online and the kinect being mandatory. I really do want one since they fixed those problems. I just can't bring myself to purchase one yet. With all
of the horror stories, the kinect included with the console, and the lack of games. Halo is the main reason I became an Xbox fan, and Halo has been ruined for some time now. Maybe I'll just stick with my 360.

I'm very happy with my purchase, I've been loving the games so far, I have too many even. I just need more time to play them all...or maybe spend less time on the forums to play them

[/quote]Interesting opinion; I'm sure it's something that many people agree with although I am personally not one of them. One thing I'd like to point out, is that just because the 360, the PS4, & the PC may (or may not) be better in many ways when compared
to the Xbox One, it by no means means that the Xbox One is a terrible console. Despite its oft-cited shortcomings, I still personally find it to be a fantastic device regardless.

Yes, it was worth it to me. It was time for a new generation console and the xb1 is pretty awesome. I thought I was going to spend more time using it as a media hub but that hasn't been been the case. I have only been playing games on it.

I only have 3 games but they are fun and keep me playing for 2-3 hours a day. I never played 2-3 hours a day on the 360 in the last two years.
