    I chatted with Xbox Support today (Rhea Mae O.) and informed her that the 12 Month Xbox Live Gold Subscription I received as winner in the Wow. Win with Office Promotion (sponsored by Microsoft Corporation) expired. I tried to redeem the code last night. There
    is no mention of an expiration date on the winner letter nor on the subscription code card. My reference number from my chat with Rhea is 1434449568. She told me that the Sales and Promotions team can help me redeem this code or give me a replacement.

    Please contact me, as soon as you can.

    Halo War Definitive Edition code

    I talked to Microsoft Support and was told I should of received the code for Halo Wars DE by now. Since I haven't received a code they told me to make a post on here and that a "Promotion Team will reply regarding your issue on missing code."

    Hmm Editing was disabled? And I didn't get an alert from a reply..

    I didn't realize this was a public post, thought it just went to Sales and Promotions, so I guess I'll put more info in here. Sales and Promotions Team members, please e-mail me if you see this, so I'm notified. I was told you could do that.

    The code is for Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, It was given to me by Mojang as I had the Java version of Minecraft already. I tried redeeming it multiple ways: following the link from Mojang to redeem it at Sign in to your Microsoft account<code
    here>, using chrome, edge, and IE, using the Windows Store.. none of them work.

    When I try and put in the code, it tells me several things that I assume support staff can read using the reference number I provide below, but for everyone else usually it says:

    BlockedByFamilyPolicy

    +eoGVNMeIEKx5z0x.14.4

    The code there, the +eo... one, it changes each time

    And

    "Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later."

    I was told that it is a valid code. I don't know what "Family Policy" refers to, and search engines and looking through the forums didn't help. I actually can't find anyone having that same issue "Blocked By Family Policy" anywhere.

    For support staff: The reference number for the chat: 1359870917

    I was told "We need to get a replacement of this code. In order for this code to get a replacement, it needs to be coordinate to our Sales and Promotions Team.

    wait for contact through the post you submitted or via email within the next 24-48hours."

    Hope this is more clear, sorry I thought this was somehow linked to my chat log and Staff would have an idea what I was referring to.
