    Ive blocked him, reset router numerous times, nothing works, phones arent connected to WiFi, neither is tv or Netflix. Idk what to do please help

    Contact your ISP, as the Ambassador said above.

    Suggest to them that someone DDos your internet while online.

    Some ISP's will look into this and sometimes take legal action if its the case.

    Unplug your modem for about 10 minutes and try again. That should be long enough for you to be assigned a different IP address.

    The only game that i know of that allows to turn off vsync is rocket league on the xbox.
