Was This An Unfair Ruling From Enforcement?

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums regarding this situation. As the Ambassadors have stated, sending out a whole lot of email all in one spurt may be classed as spam, especially if this was to individuals who either do not know you personally
or who may have reported it as spam and this is likely why the Enforcement action was applied.

However, if anything, you can file a case review with them on the
Enforcement website, if you were suspended longer than 24 hours. As you may already be aware, Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.

Regarding the qualifications for being an Ambassador, your account being removed from the program, or the possibility of a reinstatement it would be best if you got into contact with your CM for more direct information about this.

Those are the qualifications for joining, not rejoining. Unless something changed in the future, once you have been removed after joining, you can no longer rejoin.

if you want to promote the program, your best bet is to do this over social media, sending messages to others who you don't know and who did not request the information can be classed as spam.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that counts a spam. If you remember in one of the Ambassador quizzes that was an example of what not to do.

Strange on the qualification for the program it just there could have been no enforcement action on your account in the last year it doesn't say anything about if you ever have any enforcement you're ineligible for the program
