Was there a faulty batch of Xbox series x’s that got sent out of the factory?

Hi I was wondering if there was a faulty batch of Xbox series x’s that came out the factory and I’ve ended up with one since when I first brought the Xbox it had an issue where the screen would just turn to static after closing a game when playing it for over an hour and the disk drive melted one of my games which I didn’t know was possible also the Xbox would just randomly disconnect all of my controllers when turning it on so I had to restart it since it wouldn’t let me pair it again because it thought the controllers were paired already and some games just kick me straight out after just opening it up and for some reason it’s laggy on a game that barely takes up any storage and it can’t be my WiFi since every other device has no problem with it and I’ve had the Xbox series x for about 2 or more years and these issues still occur I feel bad complaining since I’ve been a part of the Xbox community since the Xbox 360 and absolutely loved them but when the problems become constant I have to say something and I just don’t know what to do I’ve reset the Xbox to factory settings but still the problems occur and I’ve power cycled it and it can’t be overheating since it’s got an open space to breathe and there’s no dust in it since I cleaned it out not long ago thinking that would help with a few of the issues but didn’t so I’m kinda stuck on what else I can do without going to a repair shop since I don’t have the money to get it repaired and I don’t even know if they will be able to repair it since it’s like the whole Xbox’s hardware seems to be the problem.

It's recommended that you contact Microsoft support or the retailer where you purchased your console to explore options such as repair or replacement, as these symptoms are not typical of a properly functioning console.

Unfortunately, your Xbox Series X is out of warranty. In this case, it's recommended that you take your Xbox Series X to a technical repair shop so they can check the hardware of your Xbox Series X.

You got a faulty disk. It happens occasionally with the first batch of disks.

It could have just been a faulty batch that the shop had got in.

So as an xbox little helper can you answer this , why are microsoft sending out whole batches of 100,s of xbox one x with faults ? Are they not tested for faults before being sent out to the retailer ?

There is no "you guys" here An this is the community forum and we are gamers like you, not Microsoft employees. Once again, that means it's out of stock, been there done that. I got my Series X by being lucky and paying attention to batches releases on Amazon.
