Was temporarily banned but some features are still unaccessable

I was given a ban from communication but it was supposed to run out today 30 mins ago and i can now send messages but not talk in party chat Ive restarted my xbox and deleted and recovered my account please help.

Seems more like you got banned........

Unless the console was banned, Just start fresh on a new account. No need to sell anything.

If the console was banned, Don't try and sell it.

IMO, It seems you're being less than truthfull. You don't get locked out of an e-mail address and have your account unaccessable...

It simply doesn't work like that.

My Xbox Is Banned From Earning Credits Temporarily.

I want to know how long I'm still banned and I'm time Tuesday banned in Halo Reach. It says (The Xbox 360 console was speared Temporarily for earning credits.) And (This account has been temporarily speared
for earning credits.) How long must I wait 1 week or 1 Year

Hey Guys,

I would follow these steps and see if they help out at all:

Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select Settings.

In the Settings menu, select Privacy & online safety.

Under Privacy, select Custom.

From here, navigate to Communicate with voice and text and change that to 'Block'.

Next, let's clear the system cache by holding the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until the console fully powers down.

Power back on and navigate back to the Privacy menu and set Communicate with voice and text back to the desired setting.

Start a new party and see if the issue persists!

If this does not work be sure to come back and let us know! In addition, are you part of the Preview Program?

If the information that Dol provided does not work try deleting your profile from the console, power cycling it down and unplugging and letting it sit for 5 minutes then power on and redownload the profile.

I'm afraid they have temporarily disabled some features one of these features was the ability to upload a custom gamer pic.
