    Was suspended for standing up for myself yesterday


    So I was suspended yesterday but that's for talking trash we all know when people get suspended they can't talk to friends send messages or even join party I'm not mad about that but today at 1:00 am I was suspended for doing nothing
    the suspense was for harassment abuse and threatening but the thing is that I was the one being harassed and abused threatening by this other player that was killing me then my game lagged out that's when I got a message from that you been suspended but the
    funny thing is I wasn't allowed to talk to players and couldnt send messages so how could I get suspended for harassment and threatening when I couldn't even text or talk to anyone. I'm going to say this right now to the enforcement team and I'm not going
    to stand here and not take action so **** you enforcement team go suck a dick

    Suspended for defending myself

    I was on the division and I had this random guy that was trolling and blocking me, getting me killed. He was saying some hateful things thought his mic. So I said stop, this enraged him and he carried on. As soon the game was over, I removed him from my
    group after he got his loot. I've came back after going out for 25mins to find I've been suspended.

    It happened to me to and a lot of other people. They will not tell you anything and just by them keeping this thread open with you cursing goes to show how ignorant they really are!

    enforcement website

    Also, enforcement can take several weeks, months to come around. Most likely that this is a second breach of the Live Code of Conduct that you did before your last suspension.

    Odds are they're doin the same thing to someone else, and they will get reported and dealt with appropriately. In the meantime, you're free to submit a case review request at the
    Enforcement site. I can't promise anything will come of it, but you have nothing to lose.

    This is without question hindsight, but consider this ...

    Bullies are trying to get a reaction out of you. Since you apparently gave them one, you gave them exactly what they wanted. Your best solution for dealing with cyber-trolls is RBI - Report the incident, Block the user, and Ignore them. Your report will
    get reviewed by Microsoft and the troll will be dealt with. Microsoft will not tolerate online harassment any more than you want to be harassed.

    If you decide to retaliate, be mindful that whatever you do/send is measured against the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. There is no "he started it" defense here. The Code of Conduct explains how we are to behave even when others are misbehaving, so it is for
    that reason the Code of Conduct advises against responding to bullies.

    Take the high road - don't feed the trolls.
