    Good evening.

I have been an active Ambassador since 2019 and have done my best to help improve the community and make it enjoyable for all. I had been messaging someone back and forth on the Xbox App on Windows, and I had sent him some screenshots as he had done the same as we were bragging about our Halo playing, and all of the sudden everything is shut down and I'm banned. I went to enforcement and it dinged my account and of course, it says six reasons it could be.

Anyway, now I'm removed from the program and I am blown away. There are no other actions of course under my account and I'm very disturbed that it is that easy to have everything you worked for so diligently just thrown down the toilet.

My account was an Ambassador IV and holy **** I spent years getting to that point.

I would really appreciate it if a moderator could look into this and restore my account as it was. Thank you for your time.

    :)

So, let me see if I get this straight.

You are saying that someone goes over the case and permanently bans you.

If what I did was so harmful, my sending halo screenshots back and forth in a quick manner to someone else doing the exact same thing, and I was then given a mild communication suspension where I was still able to do everything I wanted minus be able to send messages, was not given an opportunity to challenge the suspension, AND this was done way back in February when I was not removed as an Ambassador....all of the sudden months later I am punished for this so-called crime?

You see that is the catch. When this happened in February I was not removed from being an Ambassador. In fact, I didn't think a thing about it because I figured Microsoft was smart enough to know what I had done wouldn't warrant the removal of my Ambassadorship. Ironically, just last night out of know where with ZERO WARNING...no knew punishments or suspensions, I am removed. That's the deal right there!

I have no new suspensions or warnings, or ANYTHING since this so-called "spamming" was done in February...and I am removed from the program? No way to challenge. No way to talk to someone. Just, "Sorry charlie hit the road".

This is why am so concerned about this. I know it was the sending of Halo Screenshots that got me the suspension and nothing else, because in the middle of my conversation with my friend sending the images, I was instantly logged out, no longer able to communicate, and then an email came instantly from Xbox saying I had been suspended. That's why I am trying to deal with this. I know exactly why I was suspended and it is not fair.

I don't think this is fair at all and I would bet this has happened to others, and to boot me to the curb after being a faithful Xbox user for nearly 20 years, and an excellent member of the Ambassador community is not only unfair but unjust. See on the right side under review/reduce? I never even got an opportunity to explain what happened.

I am trying to avoid taking this to Reddit but if it is the only option I have I am sadly going to have to do it. Again, there has to be someone who can help me resolve this concern. I cannot imagine the mighty Xbox ambassador community is going to toss me to the curb forever over sending some Halo screenshots "too fast".

    Hi there,

the removal from the Xbox Ambassadors program is a direct result of receiving an enforcement action. Currently the only option that could result in getting you back in the Xbox Ambassador program would be to have the enforcement action reverted/overturned, which is only possible via a succesful Case Review on the Enforcement website, but as mentioned by others not all enforcement actions will have an option to do a Case Review.

There has been an issue with the background check for the program not working correctly and not removing Ambassadors when it was supposed to. That was fixed yesterday which is why you were just now removed from the program. You can email Ambassador staff at xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces), but as noted above, if you receive an enforcement action as an Ambassador, you are banned from the program.

    There is no email address.

The only ones that deal with enforcement matters are the enforcement team & the only way to contact them is via a case review.

Permanent bans are not issued lightly & are investigated by a person before being handed out,not by an A.I.

Thank you for your response. Sadly, the option to even apply for a case review was never even given. The button for it was never highlighted. To be honest, I find this entire process to be quite alarming. You don't realize it until it actually happens to, but the punishment process that Microsoft has initiated where so many possibilities are wrapped into one brush stroke is really unfair. To lob someone who is sending Halo screenshots of scores and medals in an Xbox app chat window too fast in chat (somehow that is spam) with someone who is cursing or being rude to others online or in-game is really unfair.

Also, how is that spamming? Why is this a punishable offense? Isn't this what we want in the community? The fact that not only do you not get a chance to defend yourself is very concerning.

For three-plus years I have helped the community as much as possible. I have filled out every silly survey, done everything every week I can on the ambassador website to help make Xbox a better place for all....and then I send some screenshots "too fast" in chat and Microsoft punishes me and throws it all away...without even allowing me to defend myself?

What is the point of all the hard work? What is the point of helping Microsoft if they are willing to toss you to the curb like that? I am just very disappointed and honestly, I am pretty sad. I couldn't even sleep last night.

So, here I am no way to contact ANYBODY. I was removed from the Discord channel so I cannot speak to anyone there, there is no way to challenge this A.I. controlled ban that I received for "so-called" spamming...because under the current rules apparently sending screenshots of Halo to someone is a permanent bannable offense, and I have nowhere to go. Can someone message me an email address where I can reach someone to resolve this?
