Was on my xbox at 2 am it worked fine just got on and this is what it looks like what happened?

Same is happening to me with a Seagate 4TB, I got it in December of 2014 and it worked fine up until now and from what I am seeing it seems like you just need to purchase a new 3.0 usb cable.. Wouldn't say that is 100% because I have not seen that tried
from my eyes.

My age is set correctly and has worked fine for years but recently after what seems like an update(?) has started saying I am not old so

1) Has there been a recent update to xbox one

2) Why has this just started

Thanks you..It is fine as of now it is funny it is just random sometimes like last week it happened at around 2:30-3:00pm for like 3 days of that week. Right now it is fine I just wanted to ask this in case it happens again and what to do. Thanks!

Just my home network. If I use ICS like I am currently using, I cannot set a static IP to my xbox so I can't forward the right ports to it and get Open NAT settings.

Only problem is that now the bridge isn't working for who knows what reason, it worked fine for a few days and my LIVE connection was decent before this happened.

Looks like it's something to do with QuickTime (and Final Cut) not supporting H.265 mp4 files.

This use to work perfectly to where all I would need to do is push to OneDrive and it would be on my computer playing fine and all of the sudden stopped working upon either an update with Xbox and/or my Mac so I am just trying to figure out what the deal
is.
