    Was not able to accept preview terms


    Hi I was invited by a friend 3 months ago to the preview program, but I was not sent a message from Xbox Live accepting me into the program and allowing me to download the app. I then was sent another invite by another person a couple of weeks later, again
    no message form Xbox Live accepting me into the program. Then again another invite from another person just 3 weeks ago, still no message from Xbox live accepting me into the program. My question is that because I was not accepted into the preview program
    the first time one of my friends sent me a invite, does that mean that my account is unable to be apart of the program forever no matter how many other people invite me? or should I continue to try and find people to invite me, and hope to be accepted. I am
    not sure why am not being accepted into the program, considering that I am a loyal and regular user of the Xbox One. Please help me if you can and thank you for reading.

    Hi there,

    As per the Preview Program terms and conditions, accounts with previous account suspensions will not be able to join.

    To add to this, the Preview Program is at around maximum capacity, and is not currently looking to accept new members.

    Since the latest update in terms of service November 1, 2013, there is no help with the problem from the XBox live crew. It is not a password issue, it is not a parent Live account issue, it cannot be fixed on the Xbox console that we do not have, we can
    log into both child and parent Xbox Live accounts: Go to the page to accept the terms of service, log in with the parental account, hit yes, to accept and it loops back around. The loop continues, so we cannot accept the terms of use. PLEASE, this cannot
    be that difficult to fix. The error code on the looping is C101A1FC. This is not a new problem since Xbox took over Zune, it was always an issue, just never lasted this long.

    We keep calling for help, but always have to start at the beginning, even with the reference number. The troubleshooting tips are the basic, "reset your password, parental account send code to your email, do you have another email account, can you accept
    on the Xbox console (we don't have one-so can you sign in on a friend's console?), we'll get back to you.....they never do".

    The account is unusable as it is and we have now lost almost a month of service that is paid for by the year.

    Hi DMAN2C,

    when you are invited you go through a selection process (which we don't have any details about), they do not take everyone who is invited. Due to the volume of people that get invites they cant send messages telling people they have not been selected. As
    we don't have a way to check on your status I would suggest waiting until the next preview wave (sometime this month I think) then try getting invited again. There is a backlog so its possible you are in there somewhere!
