Was I shadowbanned? Voice chat not working.

Hey. So, voice chat won't work. My headset works, and I can even hear myself with mic monitoring cranked up. I don't have my mute switch on. I don't have any party settings muted. All settings are unfiltered and allow all content. Game chat also refuses
to work. My controller is only a few months old and has never been damaged or abused. Nothing says I'm banned, either. No XBL messages, or anything on the enforcement site. Yet, I wonder if there's been an unjustified shadowban because all hardware is working,
and another oddity. Looking for group posting is... Weird. For example, the other day I was trying to post in the Black Ops 2 community, "MoTD ee, I know steps but need people familiar with the map." I could NOT post that because it was flagged as inappropriate.
I only used Mic Required, #zombies, Cooperative, and Pop Goes The Weasel (25G). I am so lost guys. I am desperate for help, especially since my phone broke a few days ago (water damage or age), and this is the only way for me to socialize during this pandemic.
Hopefully a Microsoft tech reads this and can help. Thank you for reading.

There have been a few issues with Party Chat recently due to the influx on people playing on Xbox. It usually gets sorted out over the course of the day. I'd like to know if it's working for you now because Party Chat is currently up and running.

I am so sorry you are having these issues. I usually have to go over to where it says party and there is usually something that says connection error or something like that. Click that then go back. Whoever's party you were trying to join click on their
name and then join party. This usually works for me and I hope this works for you.

My son is having Party Chat issues and sometimes only affected with certain games, such as Fortnite.
