    Was hoping to get my xbox fixed, instead it was stripped.


    So, I asked to have my xbox repaired and got an email with a thing to stick on a box and mail my xbox back to Microsoft. As instructed, I included all wires, my wireless controller and the batteries. I got an email saying it was fixed and it returned to me.... sort of. You see, I was ONLY sent an xbox one without cords or a controller. So, this means that on top of not being able to use my xbox for a month and losing out on the money for my streaming services, eso online plus and xbox live ultimate (a $65 loss); xbox also took the wireless controller ($60+ and not even a month old) and my cords (who knows what game stop will charge for replacements, all I know is I shouldn't have to go get it). Did you people just throw my xbox away without looking inside and then send the new one sans connections or controller because to hell with the customer anyway?

    Hoping to help from prior experience, depending on if you are using a power strip for your xbox or extension cord, if your xbox is plugged into a power strip (not directly into the wall), try plugging it directly into the wall instead.

    Thanks, I plugged the Xbox into the wall instead of my power strip and I cleared the persistent storage so I'm not sure which one helped but it's working fine now

    Odd that you're having trouble running multiple apps. Are you plugging your console into a power strip or plugging directly into a wall outlet? If you're using a power strip, be sure to plug directly into the wall instead, as power strips aren't supported.
