Discus and support was given an enforcement twice??? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I recently got communication banned which i know why and is fine but, i got another one the next day again that communication and multiplayer banned...     I recently got communication banned which i know why and is fine but, i got another one the next day again that communication and multiplayer banned me? i didnt even do anything, iv eliterally have had no problems with enforcment until i got the game dead
    by daylight, people literally just report you for no reason because they are salty, no im cant even play online and i need help i have an GB match this saturday and i cant even do it please help!! was given an enforcement twice??? :(

    Meaningless Suspension

    Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

    XBLPET investigates complaints and takes each report into consideration when making an enforcement decision, but a certain volume or frequency of complaints doesn’t guarantee a suspension. We take an evidence-based approach to enforcement and take numerous
    factors into account when considering issuing a suspension. The context around the content or activity is particularly essential and drives our decision-making process. Simply put, there is no magic formula that instantly results in a suspension.

    Despite what some may claim, XBLPET will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions
    always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

    My account communications were suspended twice for the same message

    The only way to prevent being suspended again for this message would be to contact the Enforcement Team at enforcement.xbox.com. They will be able to explain why you were given a second suspension and what lead to that suspension. Also, you can bring to
    their attention that you believe you are being punished twice for the same message and then they will have that on record going forward.
