Was Credited With FREEdom Play-A-Thon Rewards, and Now They Are Taken Away!?

Hi There!

So I've been watching my play a thon rewards pretty closely, just so I can ensure I get into the bonus rewards sooner rather than later. Yesterday I checked and was pleased to see I was at 72 hours. Thinking to myself, great! Just another marathon of 8 or
so hours, and I'll be pushed into the bonus! I've been grinding for a few days, so I knew that my hours were going to push my over within the next couple of days. Today I checked, and my hours went down! Yes. You read that correctly! Went down to 56 hours.
I wish I could say I was mistaken, but I even have photo evidence of it being at 72. I let it slide when I didn't get my credit for the Freedom Rewards challenge after spending $30 on addons, and didn't get credited for it. But this is ridiculous! Would appreciate
the help and fixing this error.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We did not see any issue with your data that would have caused you to lose any entries. After investigating with our web team, we found that a older backup had been loaded to the website, which is why you were seeing your
previous entry amount and not your current amount. This issue was resolved over the weekend. You should see the current amount of entries now.

Regarding your FREEdom offer, there was also an issue with our purchase data provider that caused us to not receive any purchase data from past January 22nd. This issue was also resolved over the weekend, and you should see the offer complete as we begin
to load that information and process it for Rewarding. Again, apologies for any confusion.
