Was charged for a subscription I do not subscribe to

This didn't have anything g to do with my bank, I was renewing my Microsoft office account and I was charged for Xbox as well! I need that cancelled!!

I would suggest visiting Cancel your Microsoft subscription - Microsoft Support and see if you have any subscriptions that you don't recognize and you can turn off recurring billing or cancel them.

Also in in relation to the Xbox subscription if you require a refund you can do that by Returning items you bought from Microsoft for exchange or refund - Microsoft Support

Hi Rochelle,

if somebody is using your card informations you should inform your bank to cancel that transaction and block further transactions.

Maybe you'll need a new CC but best asked your bank for how to act in this situation.
