    Hello there Xbox Support members, I am writing today in regards to an error that occurred involving episode 2 of the Wolf Among Us game. After playing episode 1 back in December I decided to purchase the season pass for $15 which would give me access to
    episode 2-5 once they were released. Today, episode 2 was released and I wasted no time in downloading it but was surprised to see that the listing said I would have to pay $5 from my credit card. I was a bit worried with going through with the transaction
    but decide to give it a go as I believed in reality I would not be charged and that the message was just a simple cookie-cutter message that pops up for all purchases. Unfortunatley, it seems this was not the case and I WAS charged $5. I purchased the season
    pass believing I was going to get a good deal but instead it seems I am going to inevitably end up paying for more than I thought. How can this issue be resolved and is there any possibility of a refund? Thank You.

  2. Achievements Not Loaded - Wolf Among Us ep. 5?

    Achievements aren't showing (ones earned and unearned) for episode 5 of the Wolf Among Us. This has happened with previous episodes, including ep 4 of the Walking Dead. When can we expect them to be loaded to XBL?

    Did you download the content from the in-game store or from the dashboard? On Call of Duty Ghosts you must buy it via the in-game store, if you buy it from the dashboard you will get charged, they tell you this if you are a season
    pass holder.

    Sorry but the very first sentence of the description of what you get in the season pass states that it's for episodes 2-5 both on the consoles marketplace & on xbox.com & that you need to buy ep.1 seperately.

    Have you tried everything in the link i provided above.
