    I was banned for the same message to the same individual. Once on 3/2-3/3 and now today, 3/5-3/7. Both 24 hour bans.

    The "Apply" button on the message is green but it does nothing. I cannot click on it and there is no active link associated with it. What a JOKE. Why does Microsoft make it so difficult to contact people (in this case impossible) about an erroneous action
    taken on my account?

    Is there ANY way to contact the enforcement team?.... I'm honestly expecting this to happen again, and again, and again... Quite inconvenient for something that I pay for.

    The green button is unclickable.. I've tried on Chrome, Safari, iOS.... The site is broken.

    Hi, there is no way to directly talk with the enforcement team, but with the green button on the top right you can ask for a case review and since it seems simply a double action they should cancel the suspension, if the button does not work you should go

    What are you even talking about?... Where did you get "three times" from? It's as if someone of you "ambassadors" shouldn't be ambassadors at all. Really though.. Where in my message did you get the impression the IM was sent three times?....

    This message was sent ONCE. I was banned TWICE for the same message....

    Can I suggest that you actually read a post before replying to it and making yourself seem incompetent at being listed as an "ambassador"?
