was banned for no reason other someone getting mad!

I was banned for no reason I have not voilated any terms and need this fixed now! Is there a number for this support department?

Can I get someone banned?

They see a lot of people getting mad, and a lot of people reporting others, but getting under your skin and doing something worthy of getting banned is quite different.

Did the guy use any racial slurs or say anything about illegal activities and the like? If he did you can probably get him temporarily banned, 48 hours most likely.

it would take a full on racial insult or threats of death for someone to get permanently banned and most of the time things never get that bad.

 

You don't get suspended for no reason.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

Filing for a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.They do not have a phone number to contact them.

The enforcement team do not use the forums either & xbox live enforcement is nothing to do with phone/chat support.
