The title says it all friends. I hit join ambassadors on XCL and it instantly accepted me no email. I got to lvl 3 the next day i logged on to help my fellow community however it said i needed a gold account specialization so i renewed it. Waited over 24
hours checked back, still the same message contacted support then they sent me here. So how do i get back in and remove that Gold account specialization message.

Xbox live problems

I renewed my Xbox live on the 23rd of December and I got a year gold membership I've been playing online and then all of a sudden it kicked me out of a game and it said I don't have Xbox live gold I only have a free account it's says I have free membership
on the website aswell but I've payed for a year gold, why has this happened?

XBL Gold Not Displaying on Ambassador Program Application

I renewed Gold on the 19th. Under my account settings it shows I'm golden. I'm just told this:

In order to join the Xbox Live Ambassador program, you need to have Xbox Live Gold.

I am having the same problem as Mastersarge is. I just renewed my xbox live membership because it kicked me off of the family pack I was on. It said I would have to wait 5 days for the gold to renew. Well I knew I would have to renew my gold soon enough
anyways. I bought a one year subscription but now it's telling my I'm still xbox live silver on the xbox and it says I'm a free member on the computer. Help would be appreciated.

I have Xbox Live Gold and it expires 9/7/2023. The pop up after it kicks me out of the game says;

"Sign in or renew the subscription

Sign in with the profile used to buy this game, and make sure your subscription to Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, or EA Play is up to date. (0x803f900a)"
