Warzone & X box series X Graphics issue

Hello All,

I have been trying to play Warzone on my new Samsung Q72A 4K TV, but.....it is unplayable as nothing shows on my screen except black and white blocks.

Warzone and all multiplayer options show nothing in the background. Just the HUD, menu options

and room list. When I drop into a round my screen flutters Black with a few flashes of white . I can hear the game and am able to move my character but I cannot see the entire game.

I am playing a a brand new Samsung Q72A 4k TV.

Please help.

Warzone has been an issue for a lot of people since the Series X's release. Couple of threads that may provide some insight:

I believe this is a specific problem with the game, as other games work well. You should contact activation support only they will be able to tell you what is happening, maybe there is a problem regarding an update.

Thank you for the prompt response.

I have done most of those things including the full console reset....deleted everything.

This only happens with COD Modern Warfare and Warzone. Black Ops Cold war works perfectly at 4K and 120hz. All other games work perfectly as well.

I just uninstalled Warzone and re-installed it and the same issue occurs.

I am using Xbox's ultra high speed HDMI 2.1 cable and it is plugged into the only HDMI 2.1 port on the TV.

I do have the console plugged into a new power bar and could try the wall socket but as I said, this only occurs in Warzone/MW.

Unfortunately, there is no way to contact them directly, you can only submit a ticket and you have to wait for a response, usually, they respond quickly.

Anyway I think you can rest assured, since it is the only game with this problem if it were all your games it could be a hardware problem
