Warzone wont launch

I have cold war on disc but each time i try to play warzone it asks for the person who purchased the game tosign in. I have tried both profiles on my xbox and reinstalling. Even tied to trouble shoot.PLEASE HELP

In such type of cases, a power cycle might fix the issue. If you have already tried it, I would recommend checking this link: Troubleshoot issues playing disc games on Xbox | Xbox Support

It has some steps that might actually help since you already have the disc inside!

Same issue for me, Bought the disc, uninstalled warzone, installed disc and dlcs, still wont allow me to play multiplayer. Warzone works fine tho.

I uninstalled modern warfare.

,launch cold war, went to warzone and it still took me to the modern warfare warzone,..

I thought there was a new warzone map for cold war and it had zombies...??

Well that’s because you have not purchased the new Xbox. Thanks to them updating the game so much the old system can no longer play it and it crashes and reset you to the Home Screen. And if you are like me and can’t afford a new Xbox at this time. You are just SOL
